Our company has established a sophisticated and capacious warehousing department, where we keep our finished goods as well as material in a safe manner and for longer duration. Apart from this, our products manufacturing capacity is 3000 Metric Tonne per annum.

Our Infrastructure

We are enabled with superlative and modern machinery which is run under a skilled professional. Our firm walks side by side of the latest trends and thus is capable of delivering the most modern products. We have all the amenities which are required to manufacture a product which meets the industry standard. Apart from manufacturing, our campus encompasses various sections, which are quality, warehouse, packaging and office.

Infrastructure Facilities

CTPL has a fully integrated plant, ideally located on the banks of the river Hoogly, with close access to the railway station for ease of transportation. It is well connected to the NH6 by interlinking roads to facilitate movement of goods. Built on 80 acres of prime land, with a constructed area of “1.6 million square feet” — the huge land bank will facilitate future expansion. Driven by a strong sense of social and environmental responsibility, the company is maintaining the premises in the most eco-friendly way. We also have a fully integrated composite Jute Manufacturing Unit located in Bangladesh.

• Jute, a natural fiber is one of the cheapest vegetable fiber procured from the bast or skin of the plant's stem. It has high tensile strength, low extensibility, and ensures better breath ability of fabrics. It is 100% biodegradable and recyclable and thus environmentally friendly.
• With increased global awareness about using environment friendly products, many countries are switching to the greener alternative in jute products, to meet its packaging requirements. In addition to being environment friendly, it can be used multiple times, and is easily stackable to make storage easier.

• CTPL has renewed its efforts to target exports markets to meet the mushrooming demand from countries in South-east Asia, Africa and Middle East. We have now established our exports network in Thailand, Africa and Egypt and aim to grow and capture more markets.
• Keeping our quality conscious approach intact, we aim to become to establish a 100% export oriented unit to meet the burgeoning demand in the near future.

Manufacturing Facilities

Driven by a strong sense of social and environmental responsibility, the company is maintaining the premises in the most eco-friendly way. CTPL, currently head quartered in Kolkata, currently has 3 factories located in various parts of Bengal over a total area of 10 acres of land, ideally located with close access to National highways and railways station for ease of transportation. The company has bought new parcel of land in Bengal and Orissa which provides opportunities for further future expansion. CTPL has most equipped technical infrastructure with modern state-of-the-art facilities and a team of expert professionals, which allow us to provide a comprehensive range to our clients as per their needs and requirements.
